Although we offer free shipping, we cannot absorb these optional shipping fees that sometimes occur when our customers want these extra services. If your business is in a residential area, you can avoid these fees by having your printer delivered to a business that does have a loading dock. If this isn't possible, you can sometimes avoid the Lift-Gate fee by having 2 strong friends available to unload your 7600 (170 lb.), or 4 strong friends to unload your 9600 (300 lb.).
