On the 3rd page, you'll find this information:

This means that if you have technical issues with the printer you should call Epson at the number in your manual, give then your "Unit ID Number" and they will get you going. The printer is absolutely guaranteed to work during the warranty period. If you run into a serious mechanical problem, they'll send someone out to fix it. If you're having issues becasue you don't know how to use profiles, they'll teach you.
