Ordering Help

Most of this you should be able to guess without even having to read this, but in the event that you have questions or doubts about our site, this document is provided for you.

Step 1: Find what you want to order.

This is pretty straight forward. Browse through our pages an select the product you wish to order. If you're looking for a Photo Realistic Paper (matte, glossy or otherwise) visit our Photo Papers page, for Watercolor papers, try our Art Papers page, and for Archival inks visit our Archival Inks page. All of these pages will give you helpful information to aid you in picking a product. To aid you in finding the products you may wish to order, you can also contact us for free advice and to answer any questions you may have.

Step 2: Enter the quantity you wish to purchase.

Once you have found the item you wish to order, you can use the little text box next to the "Add to Cart" button which allows you to choose the quantity of the particular item that you want to order. It defaults to One and can accommodate any number you want to put in it (although ordering 9 thousand packs of watercolor paper could be VERY expensive!).

Step 3: Click "Add to Cart" next to the item you wish to order.

Clicking this button will take you into the secure server and send a cookie to your browser. Be sure to enable cookies before proceeding into our secure site! You will now be on our "New Item Added to Cart" page. This page contains a brief description of whatever you ordered. On this page, you can also change the quantity of the item you ordered and change your shipping method. If you want to order more than one product on page, don't worry, you can come right back to it without problems and order more by simply hitting the "back" button on your browser.

Step 4: Continue Ordering.

Because our server uses cookies, you can skip around and even leave our server and come back without losing your shopping cart. You can simply "back-up" and continue shopping, you can use the search feature, or go back to the home page by using the blue navigation buttons on the top of every page.

Step 5: Changing the contents of your Cart.

If you want to remove an item in your cart or change the quantity, simply hit the "Display Shopping Cart" button up in the top left of every page. Once you have your shopping cart up, you can delete items by clicking the "remove" box. To change the Quantity, enter a different quantity and hit "recalculate."

Step 6: Checking out.

Once you have added all the items you wish to order to your shopping cart, click the "Check Out" button. Likely you will get a page asking if you want to create an account, use an account you already have or just order and have the site make a new account for you. Next you will get the country selection page, followed by the shipping and then billing address pages (if they are different). Be sure to enter your phone number with area code, or you'll get a error message and have to enter it in again. If you keep the default of having a receipt emailed to you, a message will be sent to you confirming your order. We will not sell your address or SPAM you. We receive several thousand SPAM mails a day (that's not a exaggeration!), and despise it as well. If you would like to, leave us some comments in the comment box.

Step 7: Select Shipping Method.

By default, the shipping method is UPS ground. This is the most economical method (and only $3 for on-line orders over $150!), but also the slowest. Our server automatically computes shipping and handling costs based on the total weight of the items in your shopping cart. For accurate shipping costs be sure to enter your ZIP code. You can change the shipping method at any time while placing your order and as many times as want.

Step 8: Finalize the Order.

The last page shows you your shopping cart again and presents you with payment options. If you are not using an account the only payment option is paying with a Credit Card. Note that the server detects your credit card type automatically (it's really pretty easy, just look at the first number: 4 is visa, 3 is amex, 5 is MC, 6 is discover). When you're ready hit the "Place Order" button.
