Question: What Product should I buy
Answer: A good place to start is our Samples Page. If you still have questions call our sales staff and they can assist you.
Question: Is this a secure server? Can I use my Credit Card safely?
Answer: You can order using your credit card, and the internet workings of the e-commerce site are on a secure server (1024 bit RSA SSL if you really must know). The Product/Catalog pages are on a normal, unencrypted server so as you go from one to the other, your browser will inform you whether the current page you are on is secure or not. The Credit Card and personal information part is secure, and that's what matters. You will also notice that we do not store your credit card number on our web server at any point so if we do have a security breach, there's no way anyone can steal your card number.
Question: When I clicked the "Go Back and Continue Shopping" button, my browser told me that the site wasn't secure anymore, why?
Answer: It gave you that prompt because you moved off the secure server onto the normal, unencrypted one. Don't worry, when you go to enter your personal information, you will return to the secure server.
Question: I have some additional questions about papers and/or inks that aren't answered on your pages, where can I get them answered?
Answer: Call our sales staff or email them at sales@inkjetart.com and we can help you.
Question: What will shipping cost?
Answer: So long as you live in the United states and have entered your zip code, you should see the estimated cost of shipping in the shoppng cart. If you want info on international shipping, visit This Page
Question: Do you keep record of my prior transactions so I don't have to enter my information every time I order?
Answer:That's what creating a username and password on our site is for. To reduce risk of hackers obtaining your credit card number, your number is immediately deleted as soon as we receive your order. So you will have to re-enter that information each time you order.
Question: How can I get samples of the papers you sell?
Answer:We have sampler packs of most of our papers, which you can order from the individual product pages (most are 10 sheet packs). We've even got a page with all our samples on it, so you don't have to hunt around!
Question: Can I order offline using a check or money order?
Answer:If you login with a username and password, you will have the option to send a check for the amount - the option is called "Postal / Will Call"
Question: Can I order by phone instead of online?
Answer: Certainly. The one caveat is that the reduced fee shipping is not available over the phone. Just locate the products you wish to order and call us, toll free, at 1-800-777-2076, Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Mountain time (-7:00 GMT).
Question: How fast can I expect responses to my emails?
Answer:We try to get them answered every 24 to 48 hours, but on weekends and holidays, don't expect to see a respnonse until Monday morning.
Question: I need my order shipped the same day I place it how early would I need to place my order?
Answer:First off: We process Internet orders first We've outgrown our current building, and our order production line is cramped. We are planning a move to a new building within about 60 days. Until that time, we may not always be able to meet our "3:30 PM" cut-off goal. (We try to ship out all orders received by 3:30 PM MT that same day.) This is especially true on Mondays, where we receive two extra days of online orders from the weekend. You can help improve your chances of receiving your orders in a timely fashion by ordering earlier in the day (or the night before), and by doing it online as much as possible. If your order must ship that day, please "expedite" your order by choosing a 3-day select, 2-day or 1-day service (your order still must be received by 3:30 PM Mountain Time).
Question: How can I track my order?
Answer: Your order confirmation email will have a link that you can check for order status, you'll get an email from us the evening that our order ships and you should also get one from UPS or FedEx. You can also call us if the info isn't available online.
Question: I place an Order more than 24 hours ago, but I still don't have a tracking Number, can you get me one?
Answer:We can and will. If you placed an order more than 24 hours ago (on normal business days, we're not here Saturday or Sunday to fill orders) and there still isn't a tracking number, contact us immediately and we'll get you one. Unless we got the order Drop Shipped from another warehouse. In that case call us and we can track your order.
Question: How can I return items that were sent to me in error?
Answer:Give us a call at 1-800-777-2076 ext. 200 or 203, Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Mountain time (-7:00 GMT).
