All orders for Iris size sheets and items marked as "Special Order", must call for a shipping quote. Orders will not process until we have a shipping quote and the customer agrees to the shipping cost.
All international orders, including Canada, and orders going to Alaska and Hawaii will be contacted with a shipping quote before the order ships. The customer must agree to the shipping quote before the order ships. We will add a 5% plus 15.00 duties and taxes fee on all international orders.
For orders under $99.99, regular ground shipping rates apply. Offer applies to CONTIGUOUS United States shipments only. It will default to the full shipping so be sure to select the $5 shipping if you qualify. If you're having problems ordering during normal business hours, Contact Us and we'll help you order on-line. The reduced shipping charges are already in the shopping cart system, so you will not have to do anything, just select which way you want your order shipped and enjoy the savings!
Drop shipments
Products marked as out of stock, ships from another warehouse,not available in our Salt Lake City Warehouse, or special order will be drop shipped. A drop shipment is when we set the products to ship from our vendors directly to you. In cases like these the shipping times may increase by a few days or sometimes up to a week. Expedited shipping may be requested but is not always guaranteed. Many vendors have early shipping cutoff times.
REGARDING SHIPPING CHARGES
The shipping charge indicated is an electronically computed *ESTIMATE*, there is a small chance that it could be computed incorrectly if your Zip code is not in the database or the weights of the products are omitted. We reserve the right to correct the shipping cost, but will contact you before sending the order or billing you. If we are unable to contact you at the phone number or email address you provide us to contact you - your order will be delayed. Make sure you give us good contact information if you need your order in a timely manner.
Same Day Shipments
You might want to note that to be sure your order will be shipped the same day you order it, you have to have it in by 5:00 PM Eastern, 4:00 PM Central, 3:30 PM Mountain or 2:30 PM Pacific on one of our normal business days. We process orders Monday though Friday, except normal holidays. Otherwise, we will process your order the next business day, and ship that day. Domestic U.S. Shipments
We are pleased to offer you with a variety of shipping services. For domestic shipments, the default method is UPS Ground, as it is the most economical method. We can also ship your package by UPS 3rd day, 2nd Day, Overnight, etc... For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and APO addresses you have the option of Priority Mail. USPS shipments will cost more than the postage you'll see on your package - this is a handling charge. If you are going to pick up your order ("will call") you must pick up your order within 48 hours of placing you order or your order will be cancelled and your money refunded, less a 15% restocking fee.
International Shipments
Many of our foreign customers ask us if we have a retail outlet in their country. The answer is: no, we only have one location (retail only) in Salt Lake City, Utah.

We currently ship to the following countries: Canada and the United States.
We will only ship orders to the billing address your credit card company has on file. If you are a first-time customer we will also require you to fax us a legible copy of the front and back of your current credit card statement (showing the address) or the actual card alog with a government issued ID showing an address matching your shipping address.

If paper is altered in anyway, which includes but is not limited to scoring, folding, cutting, laminating, coating, or any other crazy thing you can come up with, the paper is not returnable nor will there be any credit given.

Please Inspect your order before opening anything!
The majority of orders we ship are complete and accurate, on occasion items are backordered and you will be informed of that fact on the invoice included with your shipment. Although every attempt is made to ensure the accuracy or your order, please be aware that occasional mistakes are unavoidable. Please be sure to verify the contents of your order as soon as you receive it, as opened product packages are NOT returnable, even if the item was sent to you by mistake. If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item and did not correct the mistake, we will accept the return, subject to the return policy below. If the mistake was ours, we will issue you a return tag for the incorrect items and ship you the correct merchandise at no charge to you. If the incorrect items are not returned, you will not be credited for them.
Our return policy:
RMA's are only good for 30 days after date of issuance.
We will accept any unopened merchandise within 30 days of the date received for a full refund on the purchase price less a 15 percent restocking fee and any shipping costs. We reserve the right to increase the restocking fee, if the product comes back damaged, opened, or used. Neither we nor our suppliers accept returns on open merchandise, unless it was defectively manufactured. If you feel that your purchase was defectively manufactured please call and talk with our technical support group. A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returned items, please call for this number. Without an RMA#, you will not be credited. If you simply did not like the merchandise, and have opened it, we are sorry but we cannot accept your return, that is why we offer a wide variety of sample packages. We do not accept returns of sample packages. No returns on Special Order Merchandise (Special Order defined as any product we do not stock on a regular basis). Returns will be shipped using the original shipping method used with the order placed.
Rebate Policy:
Inkjet Art is not resposnible for rebate information from the manufacturers. The information provided on the Inkjet Art web site is only a service to the customers and the customers should ensure the rebate information is correct with the manufactrer prior to ordering. If the information is found to not be correct it is not the responisiblity of Inkjet Art to make up the difference of the rebate.
Terms and Agreement/ Net 30 Accounts
Inkjet Art Solutions collects sales tax in Utah. Customers in this state are required to maintain on file with Inkjet Art Solutions a completed sales tax exemption certificate for Utah (TC721). Failure to do so will result in sales tax being collected on all sales. Customers outside of Utah must handle tax liability with their local tax authority.
In order to induce Inkjet Art Solutions to enter into the Agreement and to continue to sell Inkjet Art Solutions' products to the Buyer, the Buyer hereby represents and warrants that it is solvent, that it pays its obligations as they come due and that its liabilities do not exceed its assets. The foregoing representation and warranty shall be deemed to be repeated in each order issued by the Buyer (whether written, electronic or verbal) and incorporated therein by reference, shall be effectively remade, each time a purchase obligation is undertaken, until the Buyer shall notify Inkjet Art Solutions to the contrary. The confidential information contained herein is for the purpose of obtaining merchandise from Inkjet Art Solutions. The information disclosed herein is true and can be relied upon. All payments are due Inkjet Art Solutions in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Buyer agrees to terms of Net 30 days from the date of shipment. Buyer agrees to pay a finance charge of 1.5% (18% annual) of the unpaid balance over 30 days past due and agrees to pay a $25.00 fee for any returned check, and further agrees to pay all costs incurred in the enforcing of this agreement including reasonable attorney's fees, court costs, and collection costs, whether incurred through filing of suit or otherwise. This agreement shall be governed by Utah law and the Buyer submits to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of Utah, Salt Lake County. Any costs incurred by collecting this debt will be adding onto the amount that you owe Inkjet Art.
Any payments made by credit card will have a 3% fee added to cover credit card processing fees.
I have read and agree to comply with the policies and procedures of, and as established from time to time by, Inkjet Art Solutions. Furthermore, I do hereby authorize the bank referenced above to release any credit information needed to Inkjet Art Solutions. I also agree to allow Inkjet Art Solutions to charge my credit card in the event of a deliquent account and to occasionally verify the validity of my Credit Card Account. I also agree to notify Inkjet Art Solutions if any of the information on this agreement changes.
Returned Checks:
A $25 fee will be added for any returned check.
Warranty and Liability:
Products distributed and sold by Inkjet Art Solutions are warranted only to the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty, by the manufacturer, not Inkjet Art Solutions. Please consult the manufacturer for support questions. Inkjet Art Solutions provides limited support for products distributed by Inkjet Art Solutions only. Any product found to be defective will be replaced upon prepaid return of unused defective product. Our liability is limited to product replacement only. In no event will Inkjet Art Solutions be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any of the products we sell or distribute. In general the manufacturer's warranties do not apply to defects caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, tampering, improper storage or out of date product. For more information regarding manufacturer's warranty, if there is any, please consult the manufacturer. Inkjet Art Solutions does not guarantee estimates of longevity for archival products, nor is Inkjet Art Solutions liable for any premature fading or deterioration of any sort. You as the buyer are liable to verify any estimates or other information given on Inkjet Art Solutions's web site or any pages directly or indirectly linked from it. Some information on our pages is quoted directly from manufacturer's web sites or other literature, Inkjet Art Solutions assumes no liability for the veracity of these claims.
All longevity estimates should be treated as such, Inkjet Art Solutions is not liable for premature fading of prints or damage to printers through use of our products. Be sure to properly research your purchase and follow the directions given. If you need help, please contact us.

Technical support is available direct from most of the manufacturers that we distribute for. We are happy to also provide you with limited technical support for all items you purchase from us, we do not provide support for items purchased from other distributors or vendors. If you are using one of our products in conjunction with another product purchased from a different distributor, we will provide support for our product but not the other. Privacy policy:
Inkjet Art Solutions does not sell E-mail addresses or other personal information of its clients to any third party. We do not store any personal information on our servers. We currently have an opt-in e-mail list that you can subscribe to to receive product updates and additional information. We will not send spam mail, U.C.E. (unsolicited commercial e-mail) or other information without your express permission. We believe in preserving your privacy, not exploiting it.
Security:
All transactions on our Web server are encrypted using S. S. L. to provide you with optimal security and peace of mind. We use a rather low-tech method for keeping your personal information secure: We don't make it available on the Internet; to us, to you, or anyone else. The only information about you that is stored on our servers is: which items you currently have in your shopping cart, your preferred shipping method, and which state you are in for sales tax purposes. We keep track of you using a cookie file stored in your computer's memory temporarily. This file is deleted from your computer's memory when you close your Internet browser. Unlike many Internet companies who store your name, address, and financial information on the Web server, as stated before, we do not. This protects you from crackers (hackers) breaking into our server and stealing important personal information about you. This also makes it necessary for you to re-enter your credit card name and shipping information every time you place an order with us. We understand that many appreciate the convenience of having their information stored, but our company feels it is not worth the liability of having your personal information compromised.
Placing orders:
All online offers made on this site are only valid when the order is placed online, not over the phone or otherwise. All orders must have a valid phone number and E-mail address so that we can contact you in the event that there is a problem with your order. A valid e-mail address is also required to receive shipping confirmation from UPS. It usually takes about one business day for us to process your order. This time may vary depending on what you order and the availability of the product. If you order any item that is out of stock and listed as out of stock in the shopping cart you might be notified that your order has been delayed, but we will usually assume that you know that they are out of stock. If you order an item that is out of stock but the shopping cart lists is as being in stock, you will be notified by email or by phone that your order has been delayed, and the excepted shipping time of your order.
We are unable to accept any credit card orders via email, please call or use the shoppng cart on the site.
Payment:
We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa card, Discover, American Express. You can also set up a "net 30" or purchase order account by calling us with a fax number and having us fax you a credit application. You can also pay by check: add the items you wish to buy to a shopping cart, and checkout using an account - be sure you select "Postal/Will Call" as your payment method (this option is not available if you are ordering without a username and password). After the order is complete, send a copy of your order acknowledgement along with payment to our address.
Shipping:
We now offer discounted shipping when ordering over the Internet. This discount applies only to orders placed over the Internet, no exceptions. We're happy to be able to offer this to you, as orders placed over the Internet result in less staffing costs. Discounted shipping only applies to domestic united states shipments only. International customers can e-mail us for shipping costs, but we need to know approximately which items you wish to order, how you want them shipped and where we are shipping, to be able to give you an accurate estimate.
