Made with a 100% smooth scrim block out layer fused between two layers of PVC
vinyl. One side has a matte finish, the other a semi-matte. It is designed to fit
higher quality banner applications as both sides are extremely smooth and both
produce bright, vivid images. This product can be finished by sewing, grommeting
or, by using banner tape. The block out scrim layer resists tearing and curl.
