Due to the conditions of Epson USA's warranty, we are unable to ship this item outside the USA (including Canada). If you use a freight forwarder to get around this - you will not have a warranty.
We offer free ground shipping on all printers to any part of the contiguous United States. Please note that the free shipping does not include additional fees, in particular liftgate fees. A liftgate fee is charged by the shipping company on large format printer deliveries to send a truck that has a liftgate to residential locations and businesses without a loading dock.

Additional Papers: The following papers were designed for the 2000P, all work fine (although the Archival Matte prints a little green, Thomas prefers the Heavyweight Matte) Note that you cannot expect the same longevity with the 960's inks on these papers as you would get with the 2000P. No longevity tests have or will be done for these combinations.

Other EPSON Papers and Media for the 960. Virtually all of Epson's desktop media is compatible with the Epson 960 inks, however, only the above papers have been tested for lightfastness with the Epson 960 inks. While most of these other Epson papers will probably give improved lightfastness results because of the inherent lightfast qualities of the Epson 960 inks, no longevity data is available from Epson or independent testing labs at the moment.

Third Party Papers and media: Watercolor papers and canvas Luminos Lysonic Hahnemuhle Val-Hues Mitsubishi Most of these third party papers and canvas are very compatible with this remarkable printer, however, none of these papers have been tested for lightfastness with the Epson 960 inks, and no data is available from independent testing labs at the moment. However, here are our recommendations for longevity.
